Ocean Alliance Canada and ECO Canada are committed to a professional and respectful environment for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and staff. By attending the event, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

1. Respect and Inclusion
Treat all individuals with respect and professionalism.
Discrimination, harassment, or intimidation based on race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, or any other protected status will not be tolerated.
Engage in constructive and inclusive discussions, welcoming diverse perspectives.

2. Professional Conduct
Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, including panel discussions, networking events, and exhibitor spaces.
Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior that may interfere with the experience of others.

3. Responsible Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol may be available at certain networking events and receptions. Attendees are expected to consume responsibly and remain in control at all times.
Excessive drinking, intoxication, or any behavior resulting from alcohol consumption that disrupts the event or creates an unsafe environment will not be tolerated.
Event staff and security reserve the right to intervene and take appropriate action if necessary.

4. Health, Safety, and Security
Follow all venue and event health and safety protocols.
Report any safety concerns or incidents to event staff or hotel security immediately.

5. Compliance and Enforcement
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, removal from the event without refund, or further actions as deemed appropriate by event organizers.
ECO Canada reserves the right to take any necessary measures to ensure a safe and professional environment for all attendees.
